Dropship items will be mailed out by the Print-on-Demand company. All other items are shipped directly by Tiffany's Team. We do not have a 3rd party fulfillment center. Orders are shipped out within 2-3 days or order date. If the order falls on a weekend or holiday.

INTERNATIONAL
International orders are shipped by the Dropshipping Company.
All other international orders not made through Print-on-Demand will be mailed out by Tiffany's Team with USPS First Class Mail or the carrier with the best shipping fee.
UK: Royal Mail might require that you pay Customs duty on your package. Customs duty is a tariff or tax imposed on goods when transported across international borders. This is not the responsibility of Tiffany Alvord Music to pay UK taxes on your item. We have no control if the Customs duty will be imposed or not. If the item has had a Customs charge applied it will include an 8 pound handling fee.
Japan and China: If you are ordering from Japan or China, you must send a translation of your address in English to orders@tiffanyalvord.com. PayPal does not always translate your order into English and we must have the English version to mail from the USA.
RETURNS
If you receive the wrong item, the wrong quantity of an item, or a damaged item, please email orders@tiffanyalvord.com. Most dropship merchandise will be returned through the print-on-demand company.
Any orders from Tiffany's Closet are considered donations and are not refundable or returnable.
